Open Eye Gallery, University of Salford and Montag Residency present Social Agendas, a showcase of socially driven work from students on our MA pathways programmes at University of Salford, with a meet-and-greet drop-in event for Istanbul artists with Liz Wewiora (Socially Engaged Photography Network).
As part of Open Eye Gallery and University of Salford’s Socially Engaged Photography Network work, we are delighted to continue our partnership with Eda Emirdag and the Montag Residency Art Culture Community programme.
We will have a pop-up showcase of socially driven MA student work from University of Salford, and an informal meet-and-greet opportunity with Liz Wewiora, who is the Programme leader of the MA courses and Open Eye Gallery’s Head of Social Practice, to hear more from local artists working in or interested in developing a socially engaged practice.
