With a focus on building a sustainable approach to long-form documentary photography projects, documentary photographer Hanna-Katrina Jedrosz will guide you through her process. She will share insights and experiences documenting the environment across the European continent over the last seven years, with practical suggestions and strategies towards a greener practice.
From identifying your subject and honing the idea, to research, funding, planning and doing. This workshop will help you grow your practice and approach as an environmentally conscious photographer.

Hanna-Katrina Jedrosz is a documentary photographer. She graduated from LCC with a Masters in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography in 2013. Major clients include The Royal Shakespeare Company and New Statesman magazine, musicians Johnny Flynn and the Sussex Wit, and Dry Cleaning, among others. Personally initiated photo essays have been recognised by The Royal Photographic Society Environmental Bursary, IdeasTap Innovators Award and the Polish Ex-Combatants Association of Great Britain. In 2015 she was nominated for the Tim Hetherington Trust Visionary Award. In 2020 she is a Leica Oskar Barnack Award nominee.
