An event which celebrates being part of a writing community, with readings from current members, memories of former members, and music.
Liverpool Women Writers was formed in the 1980s. Women taking creative writing courses at Liverpool University’s Department of Continuing Education, with tutors Jane Rogers & Gladys Mary Coles, decided to carry on meeting after the course ended. We have continued to meet and work together for 40 years.
