Declan looks after the digital, design and promotional spaces at Open Eye Gallery, producing digital exhibitions, managing submissions and designing wider exhibitions and visuals throughout the programme with a focus on early career practitioners. In his spare time, Declan is an exhibiting photographer and graphic designer based in Liverpool.
