As Creative Producer, Alex is responsible for coordinating Open Eye’s touring exhibition of Home: Ukrainian Photography, UK Words, and supporting the team with programme and events delivery. Alex shares the role of Operations Manager with Natalie Meer. Together, they are responsible for various operational aspects of running the gallery including the volunteer scheme, governance, safeguarding, and environmental responsibility.
Alex completed an MA in Art History and Curating in 2020, specialising in 1930s Surrealist photography by women artists. She is interested in increasing accessibility and opportunities in the arts.
