RESPONSIVE PROGRAMME

We’re open source and free to use.

As much as possible, our staff, space, online channels and networks are open and free for people to use. Our open processes and platforms make it easy to contribute to and co-author our programme.

Open Eye Gallery is working towards co-authoring its programme with communities, voluntary organisations, photographers and artists, and as a consequence many of our exhibitions, education projects and events are developed with our partners and associates.

We would like to extend this approach of working to be of benefit to even more people. We are therefore inviting expressions of interest from people who would like to work with Open Eye Gallery as a sharing platform for their ideas and projects.

Your Opportunity To Work with Open Eye Gallery

We invite people who share our values to contact us if they wish to utilise our facilities for their own event or showcase.

Open Eye Gallery may not be in a position to support everyone who wishes to work with us as we are a small charity with limited resources. However , we will try and offer support where we can, including the following:

  •     Our Gallery as a public event space.
  •     Our Digital Window Gallery to showcase your material, and, in particular circumstances, our   gallery or the atrium space / Forest of Photographs public realm display system as an exhibition venue.
  •     Staffing support for an event or exhibition in our spaces.
  •     Design support for an exhibition.
  •     Some marketing support.

Due to our broader commitments, we can not normally provide financial (cash) support.

Please complete and return the Expression of Interest Form (below) to sorcha@openeye.org.uk

For anyone requiring additional support in providing this information ring Sorcha on 0151 242 1131
