We are really looking forward to welcoming you back to see our new exhibition – we are open Thursday – Sunday, 11am – 4pm. We have introduced a number of measures to keep our staff team and visitors safe, these include:
- We have reduced the capacity of visitors to allow more space for your visit
- We have introduced frequent cleaning of high traffic areas and touch points including bannisters, door handles, lift and washrooms
- We have clear signage around the building to encourage social distancing
- We are asking all visitors to sanitise their hands on the way in
- We have installed hand sanitiser stations around the building
- There are hand washing facilities available in our public washrooms
- We have increased the team members in the gallery to assist you at a safe distance
- In line with government advice, unless exempt, we are encouraging the use of face coverings
- Our team have undergone COVID-19 training
- We are encouraging contactless payment methods where possible
Please be aware that due to our reduced visitor capacity, we have introduced a socially distanced queue in our winter gardens, and during busy times there may be a short wait.
If you have a question or concern about our reopening, please contact the team on info@openeye.org.uk or 0151 236 6768.
