Carbon Copy Press
Carbon Copy Press is a north west press based in Salford ran by Lizzie King & Craig Tattersall. Lizzie & Craig are artists who work predominantly with photographic techniques, using an experimental approach to the processes they harness. Carbon Copy specialise in creating limited edition artist photographic booklets.
Each booklet is handmade using specialist papers to best display artistic photographic works. The booklets have a library aesthetic coming in a card folio and with a numbered library slip attached to the front of each booklet. Each of the first four booklets are released in a first edition of 30 copies. The short run, handmade touch to the booklets aims to give a more precious aesthetic than a mass run zine or artbook.
The first four booklets explore experimental black and white photography. Further editions are planned to be released by other artists working with photographic mediums. The following publications are currently available in our gallery shop for £10.00 each.
